Our client 1B Global Audience Profiles Ads Platform, asked us to lead operational support for the US MobileVideoCo* acquisition ($10M).
We increased revenue from a 10% decline to a 20% rise, improve the main product, deliver three new products, and assimilate the MVC into GMGC over seven months (according to the task). Orchestrating an end-to-end transformation like this requires an effective change-management program;

process involved co-creation of the M&A strategy with the team that needed
to implement it, building a management spine of influencers throughout
