Projects

M&A operational support for GMGC*
Our client 1B Global Audience Profiles Ads Platform, asked us to lead operational support for the US MobileVideoCo* acquisition ($10M).
We increased revenue from a 10% decline to a 20% rise, improve the main product, deliver three new products, and assimilate the MVC into GMGC over seven months (according to the task). Orchestrating an end-to-end transformation like this requires an effective change-management program;
our Results360 approach supported a successful implementation. The
process involved co-creation of the M&A strategy with the team that needed
to implement it, building a management spine of influencers throughout
the organization, and creating comprehensive work plans that mapped out every milestone and the people accountable for every action. Our dedicated managers worked full-time from the US office.

The US Rewarding Platform market leader FMA asked us to launch and support the Ukrainian office. We began to build a mobile engineering team in Ukraine, but we had created an extended partnership after successful task solving.
We moved such business departments such as R&D, BD, UA, Marketing, Project Managers, Product Managers to Ukraine. We also had local HR and Finance support. We started with one successful web mobile app, and after nine months of partnership, we had 5 iOS, 5 Android profitable and rewarding apps, two mobile games, two mobile web games, and one new mobile brand.
Our dedicated managers worked full-time in the Ukrainian and US offices.

Distributed team management for GPGS*
We worked closely with Game Platform Global Startup (Netherlands) to increase the distributed team's management effectiveness. Due to the hard distribution of the main office (partly remote office in 9 countries and seven time zones), cultural and corporate differences, fast team scale-up for the startup was out of the question. We began with a data-driven assessment of existing talent and capabilities and then helped design a new project force operating model supported by a disciplined result-tracking system. Aided by a new
decision-making process, distributed office workflow rhythm, digital tools, and a weekly cadence of meetings, GPGS's leaders could continuously monitor progress and collaborate on new initiatives. As a result, our client could meet their plans and investor's expectations.

National reward recruitment platform and our favorite Ukrainian startup within the Startup Mentoring Program. We supported Investor Relations and Product Management. Last time we redesigned the marketplace's Fee policy to meet
the Startups business model's main KPIs and designed a product for partnership with international companies. As a result, the company could avoid system gaps and unprofitable users and become a top international organization partner. Also, we developed a recommendations list for the company to ensure KPI improvement. This plan implementation let the company improve its KPI by 15%.

Global leader TobaccoCo asked us to manage innovations as a dedicated team. As part of our partnership, we tested and implemented more than ten internal innovations projects. Together with internal Innovations managers, Systeam led all the innovation processes: from idea collecting and designing and resource estimation to MVP/project implementation and process redesign. Leading innovation projects for corporations is not the same as for startups. We could build an effective innovation process and merge flexibility and scaling for better results by taking the innovation business processes off the corporation's principal business processes until testing, validating, and approval.

Business model redesign for RetailCo*
The omnichannel retail experience of 14 years on the Northern European market had a profit gap after global competitors' arrival. Systeam's task was
to find new profitable projects using current resources. After scanning KPI's, client, partner, and vendor relations, we found that the vendors request support for their mono-brand stores. We made the new project valid, designed all
the processes and financial plans. After project approval, our team managed
the first partner's e-commerce launch. After two months, the retail value could get to the breakeven point. The company could make the pivot, and the new project will potentially become responsible for 45% of the company's profit.
